The food at boxed breakfast was good. The staff was really helpful and exceptionally attentive. The hotel's location was decent, adjacent to San Francisco and San Jose and restaurant options and restaurants and grocery. It also was close to the airport.

We got great value for our money at Lia Hotel. The room was perfect for my elderly mother and the ADA-compliant shower was a bonus. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and freeways. The staff, especially Vanessa, were professional, efficient, and kind.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel during our trip in San Carlos. The room was great-sized with 2 beds, and we slept very well. Truly enjoyed cozy decor. The location seemed fantastic and ideal in a quiet neighborhood. And it was also just next door to restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops.

I gotta say, I got some serious bang for my buck at this hotel. The room felt like a suite and everything seemed brand new. The staff, especially the night guy, were super friendly and even gave us a boiler to use for hot water in the middle of the night. And let me tell you, there's a great restaurant called Broiler Express Family just a short walk away that serves up a delicious breakfast.

Breakfast delights could use a little improvement. They gave us a to-go box with a boiled egg, yogurt, and a granola bar.
